Equipping Church Leaders
Many pastors and church leaders in Namibia have limited access to theological education. We provide opportunities to deepen their biblical knowledge, understand sound doctrine, and develop practical ministry skills. Our aim is to equip those called to serve God, despite financial or educational barriers.
Training, Equipping and Sending
Established in 1996, Gospel Outreach Christian Leadership Schools (CLS) equips leaders to serve churches and communities in Namibia and beyond. With over 900 graduates from eight African countries and more than 15 study centres in Namibia and Angola, CLS empowers faithful leaders to strengthen existing churches, establish new ministries, and pass on their knowledge to others Equipping
Developing Future Leaders
Founded in 2016 by Pastor Barnabas Bam, Rays of Joy Bible Institute in Swakopmund offers part- time Bible studies and leadership training for Christians aged 16 and older. The institute makes biblical education accessible to those who want to grow in their faith and prepare for ministry while balancing work and other responsibilities.
